Providing reasonable accommodations so that employees with disabilities can perform the essential functions of the job is one of the cornerstones of the ADA. However, the process for obtaining and providing reasonable accommodations can be confusing for employees and employers. This session will review the latest reasonable accommodation court decisions so that all stakeholders can better understand their rights and responsibilities.   Plan to join our speakers on the 20th, Barry Taylor and Rachel Weisburg, Attorneys with Equip for Equality, Illinois’ Protection and Advocacy Agency to learn where we have come and where things might be headed given current trends.
