- About me...
- After a tragic drunk driving accident paralyzed me from the chest down, 15 years later, I am now a thriving C5-C6 quadriplegic, focused on taking my misfortune and turning it into a valuable and positive life changing experience. My reign as Miss Wheelchair Wisconsin 2000-2001 and platform "the consequences of drinking and driving" jump started my career as a motivational, inspirational and educational speaker. Today, I usemy platform to bring awareness and educate others on such issues as, drinking and driving, unhealthy and abusive relationships, living life after a traumatic injury, wheelchair accessibility and inclusion. My ultimate goal is to change the views of a society filled with stereotypes and misperceptions of women in wheelchairs and disabilities in general. "I am using my experience to empower the human spirit and inspire others, disabled or able-bodied, to discover their own inner strengths.

- Networking and new friendships.
- What do you like to do for fun?
- I love anything outdoors, especially summertime! I enjoy adaptive waterskiing, hiking, boating and soaking up the sun. I enjoy writing & reading as well.
